We teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Postnatal Mummy & Baby Yoga. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic yoga which links movement to breath. Whether you're just starting yoga or keen to try something new, there are a number of great benefits to try Vinyasa Yoga and here are a few.....

I am a fully qualified and insured Vinyasa flow yoga, Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga teacher with Baby massage.
Classes are 1 hour long. Book a space in advance via email or text, it's that easy.
Drop in fee for 60 minute Vinyasa Flow - £10
10 class package - £90
Drop in fee for Ashtanga 90 minute class is £15
We welcome beginners as well as experienced yogis.
Private classes are also available for groups or individuals.
